This is a picture of my Thanksgiving day 2001 204 lb. 8 point...
Gross score 147 7/8.........
Scent used: doe estrus, dominant buck,tarcel gland, placed out four days before the hunt.....
First sighted at 30 feet, shot at 100 yards....head to toe scent lock.....
Ground blind made of slash.....
This buck was running strait away when my 30-06 found its mark......

He was taken just outside of our red deer hunt preserve in Newport, Maine......

Shorter Gun season for AR Hunters

I talked to a Game Warden from AR yesterday and was told that our Gun Deer season would be a lot shorter in the coming year. Said they were gonna cut it pretty good.....but they were leaving the archery season alone.

If you can't work em in close, don't bother takin the safety off!!!!!!!

I have a few samples of my new LETHAL WEAPON buck lure we just made up
that I would like to share with some fellow deer slayers.

I think you might find where this lure can put you pretty
darned close to a nice buck if the timing and the wind are right. I
have been making attraction formulas since I was nine years old and I

GRANTSBURG, Wis. (AP) -- The number of deer-hunting licenses sold this year is down 22 percent from last year because of hunters' worries about chronic wasting disease in the herd, wildlife officials said Wednesday.

this season i got my first deer. it was a doe. i am 11 yrs old and my averote ting to do is hunt fish and be in the out doors.well one day i was going hunting. i got in my stand andgot my safety belt on and nt 5 mins latter here she comes.i didnt even have a nofe time to get my arrow out and first got my squrrial arow out. then i got the right one out and toog full draw an got a good clean hit. she only went15 yrds. heres a piture.
